Mini project : “SMS BASED STUDENT INFORMATION ENQUARI SYSTEM” (Proto Type): A GSM & Micro-controller based student information system which is work by the cellular communication and uses mainly for the short messaging service of GSM which supports data transaction.
Major project : - “DESIGN AND SIMMULATION OF ANALOG CIRCUITS WITH CNFET”:Study about the design, performance analysis and comparison of Basic Analog Circuits with Carbon Nanotube Field Effect Transistor with the existing CMOS Technology. The simulation tool used in the project is “HSPICE”.
