MIS  :
** Generation and Circulation of "Sales Report/Purchase Report" to Leadership Team, Other HO Staff and Branches on daily basis

** Market Survey & information collection for Procurement of raw material.

Accounts  :
** Co-ordinate with A/C department for the payment to the vendor.
** Dealers Claims-Credit Notes & Debit Notes processing based upon primary & secondary sales/purchase data.
** Suppliers account reconciliation
** Accounts Payable accounting- Freight Bills, Courier, Rent Payment etc.
** Stock taking .
** To make the MIS and all types of report related to purchase.
** To make the contact and relationship with the party and broker also.
