Program Coordinator :
CASHPORis a leading MFI in India. It is poverty focused not for profit Company that provides Micro credit and Micro savings services exclusively to Below Poverty Line women in Eastern UP and Bihar, MP Chhatisgarh and Jharkhand. It is registered as a Section-25 Company and headquartered is in Varanasi- UP. Providing the end user HR support to around 3000 of employees through 400 branches and 24 districts across the eastern part of UP,Bihar, Jharkhand, MP and Chhattisgarh.

Key Deliverables during my working as a Program Coordinator

Under CSR activities, organization was running a health awareness program called Community Facilitator program. In this program our customers get trained by the Ngo Healing fields foundation based at Hyderabad. Those CHFs are mapped with different kind of activities i.e. sanitary pad making, its distribution, Akhand Jyoti health camp, impartingHealth education, Sanitation program with FINISH etc. To ensure the proper implementation of program, handling team of 12 staff members.

Following are my role and responsibilities as coordinator :
** Selection of CHFs as per the requirement of the client base.
** Mapping of CHFs with FC as well as cluster
** Distribution of villages among CHFs so that they can cover maximum client base
** According to the competencies, mapping of CHFs in different activities.
** Ensuring that CHFs delivering their responsibility properly through weekly and monthly reports submitted by field coordinators
** Coordinating with Healing Fields to conduct the training of required no. of CHFs
** Coordinating with FINISH to organize technical training with CHFs and mesons
** Sharing reports to top management as well as Funding agencies assessment in
** Designing assessment tool and conducting Impact assessment time to time.
** Review the content of training organization to make the content more effective.

Training Need Analysis :
** Organizational level analysis

Training calendar & Budgeting :
** Working out on monthly and annual training calendar based on the TNA
** Accordingly budgeting the training programs with complying with budget allotted for training
** Designing the training content and supporting course training material as well
** Monitor training costs to ensure budget is not exceeded, and preparing budget reports to justify expenditures.
