Job Profile :
Import :
** Leading a team of Proficient in finalization and handling Import shipment with negotiated price from Japan, Indonesia, Malaysia.
** Responsible for every shipment from Origin on FOB, CIF term, demurrage calculation, and other shipping and port penalties.
** Responsible for Custom Clearing, Transportation and other operational issues held during these activities.
** Responsible for Costing, Valuation and calculate appropriate price that should be run in market.
** Proficiency in managing the documentation, billing/documentation, bank interaction, customs clearance, logistics, warehouse, inventory control, etc.
** Responsible for handling projects import order with agreed terms and conditions norms.
** Responsible for Import packaging labelling etc.

Shipping  :
** Responsible for finalization of space bookings with Shipping agents or Shipping lines
** Build value added relationships with key service providers like Shipping Lines, /liners & C&F agents.
** Efficient Cost curtailments with Freight forwarders.
** Responsible for Freight, CHA and other bills.
** Strong Coordination with Customs/transporters to ensure timely clearances and cost-effective transportation from Port to the Organizational Warehouse.
** Dealing with Shipping Lines & Freight Forwarders to ensure best freight rates and timely shipment of Import Consignments.
** Coordinating with Custom House Agents, C&F Agents and other external agencies for ensuring timely clearances and cost-effective transport solutions.
** Tendering, negotiating and finalizing local transporters and responsible for dispatching the finished product through approved transporters.
** Responsible for all operation execution from major port of India (JNPT/PIPAVAV/MUNDRA)

Documentation  :
** Handling pre and post documentation for imports & Export.
** Creating Import documentation, remittance and Custom clearances as well as daily Remittance report of the company.
** Coordination with finance department for foreign remittances and as per situation filling of Roll over documents.
** Keep tracking of LC Margins, CC Limits, LC Limits.

** Maintaining the GST Records daily basis (Input Tax Credit Ledger, Cash Credit Ledger) Manually.
** Upload Outward supply & Inward Supply Online and Offline on GST Portal
** Download Inward Supply and Verify with Original Purchase Invoices and same upload on GST Portal both offline and online
** Create GST Payment Challan and pay thru internet banking
** File GST Returns GSTR-1, GSTR-2, GSTR-2B, GSTR-3B, GSTR-3
** Making GST Form 403 and Upload on Commercial Site
** Update Sale Order in ERP System
** Making GST Invoice as GST Rule
** Making Purchase Order in ERP as per GST

Excise :
** Maintaining the Central Excise Records daily basis(RG-23A ,23C,RG-1)
** Excise returns ER-1,ER-5,ER-6,ER-4 ER-7
** Monthly reconciliation of Cenvat

** Adjustment Cenvat Credit against Basic Excise Duty and Payment through PLA.
