Handling the export vessel data manifestation desk & looking after all queries related to

Export manifest :
** Generating first print and doing corrections as per shipper request.
** Following the client after vessel sailing for pending SI instructions through E-mails as well as calling for file the manifest on time.
** Handling the amendment related queries & dealing with customer & destination office for the smooth process & amendment.
** Handling the generation of B/L Surrender note & Bank guarantee message in the system.
** Filing AMR (Advanced Manifest Rule) for US shipment.
** Filing AFR (Advanced Filing Rule) for JP shipment.
** Cross checking the freight rates provided by Mktg. & customer service dept.Incase of mismatch of the rate immediately informs the concern PIC with the necessary documentary evidence & get the same clarified to avoid future rate dispute.
** Solving customer queries through phone & email regarding filing online SI, exchange rate etc.
** Generation of BL’s as per the required mandatory
** Ensure Booking & SI matches with POR,POL,POD & FPD
** Ensure that the full & complete address is mentioned in the BL.
** Also ensure address must match with the final destination of cargo.
** Ensure that the mandatory data like Seal Number / Number of Packages / Gross
Weight / Packages related to container/cargo are updated.
** Ensure complete description of cargo is updated.
** The commodity in the shipping bill & BL Description should match.
** Ensure the 6 Digit commodity code (HS Code) is present
** For HAZ & Reefer cargo details are updated accurately & match with the booking.
** Ensure only WHL India Doc Management & HO DOC approved clauses are mentioned in the BL.
** Ensure no cargo value updated in the BL Description

Key Performance Standards :
** Target of daily BL first prints to be generated is achieved
** Ensure all BL first prints are updated within 24 hrs of receiving the online SI.
** Maintaining Daily Productivity details.
