About 3 years of professional as advocate and worked as panel legal investigator (claims) in Gen. Insurance sector and had 5 year service in Autorisk Management Service Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad and payrolls employee as Jr. Officer at Krishnapatnam Port Company Ltd., Nellore for 2 years, as Sr. Executive on Exports-Logistics & Warehouse Operations at Triveni Glass Ltd., W.G. Dt for 2.5 years and now working in Export & Import Trading company as Asst. Manager at SSL Alacrity Pvt Ltd. (Division of Valiant Commodities LLC – Tx, US), Vijayawada.

ORGANIZATIONAL EXPERIENCE :

** Prepare all necessary Exim documents for exports and imports. Follow up CHA activities.
** Get ocean freight and local transport quotations for export and imports from entire global FFs & Logistics, transport companies and review the quotes and negotiate on final rates and arrangements.
** Analyse freight rates through logistics tools and costs negotiate with FFs/service providers based on target rate and reporting to Country Head. Filling all necessary shipping documents in order wise.
** Visit ports and meet the concern officials for smooth operations.

** Prepare documents of entire Export operations and pre-& post shipment documents which include making PI, commercial invoice, packing list and customs documents, L/C documents, BL & Shipping bill verifications, Dispatch docs to bank & many more documents arrange as per requirements as well up to complete the job and claiming export incentives.

** Notify to foreign partners for the amount of their debts, making statistics of import–export goods.
** Entire logistics operations, negotiate freight and manage transporters to arrangements of transport vehicles and maintain on time goods delivery and oversee the rendering of cost effective and solutions
** Warehouse Operations for material inward/outward daily final stock updating & daily material inspectionand maintain excise RG1.

** Interacting with Container liners, CFS, Shipping companies, for cargo imports/exports

** Shipping Port Experience in Jetty Operations
** Monitoring the berths vessel loading & unloading operations.
** Preparation for loading, stowage and unloading are carried out in accordance with operational plan.
** Deploying surveyors/ship unloaders, ship loaders and harbor mobile crane operators for vessel operations for the purpose of smooth operations in order to monitor their assigned work location
** Whenever vessel berths, pre- arrange necessary equipment and inter carting from the jetty to yard
** Minimum time maximum cargos unload/load from Ship/Jetty.
** Before vessel arrive, arrange the equipment for project/general cargo and check the gear certificate/checklist based on cargo dimensions
** Coordination with Ship Captain/Chief officers and Importers/Exporters for smooth operations.
** Monitoring cargo handling losses thorough deploying water tankers, on the coal in order to avoid fire, moisture loss, flying fine dust and minimize cargo evacuation spillages etc.
** Supervise stevedore activities on all the coal, Fertilizer, Agri products and iron ore and granite vessels.
** Maintain proper vessel & port documentation
