Responsible for Operation and Maintenance of Airtel’s GSM 1800/uninor cellular network in nagpur region, maintaining the Network Availability above 99.6%, looking after the following :
Radio Network
BSS Equipment :
** Installation and Integration maintenance of Nokia Ultra BTS (indoor &outdoor),Flexi BTS ,tower top flexi,Metro BTS and NOKIA 3i DX-200 BSC.
** Responsible for clearing blocks & maintaining Quality in the respective zone.
** Rectifying daily BAD KPI’s etc.
Transmission Equipment & other job responsibilities :
** Installation, supervision, commissioning and maintenance of NOKIA FIU(18&15Ghz),Ceragon(18Ghz) NEC Pasolink Neo PDH and NEC Pasolink Neo SDH.(18&15Ghz)
** Installation, supervision, commissioning and maintenance of Siemens SRAL and SRAL XD 7GHz and 15 GHz PDH.
** Worked on siteplus1 tool to update network topology of Maharashtra circle.
** Responsible for small duration outages,Cell outage report compiling,bad KPI’s updates of my cluster
** Working on Nokia flexi hybrid BSC for uninor&nokia hybrid links.
** Installation &maintainance of nokia FIU pdh modems
** Did s/w upgradation v6 in nokia flexi bsc

** Six months Industrial Training in Spice Telecom in RF Engineering Department in BSS installation and maintenance module/project implementation dept.
** Was responsible for Cell Site commissioning, BTS Alarm generation, Site Expansion, Capacity Upgrades and Booster installations.

** Commissioned eight cell sites, and two booster installations on my own during the training period.
