A. Worked as Project engineer : in Gas Based CPP (Captive Power Plant), Projects Department (May 2010 to Till Date)
Projects Undertaken :
5x42 MW CPP-III Project at DMD, DAHEJ Gujarat.
4x132 MW Syngas based J3 CPP and Syngas modification of existing GTs, HRSGs & Aux Boilers in DTA & SEZ CPPs at JMD, Jamnagar
** Generation of optimised layout options for various engine configurations for the projects, including the information regarding the area required and quantity of utilities & equipments required for the specified MW capacity of power plant.
** Reviewing PFDs (Process Flow Diagram), P&IDs (Piping & Instrumentation Diagram) and Isometrics.
** Involved in the CAPEX (capital expenditure) estimation of the captive power plant with various configurations of Gas Turbines, HRSGs & Aux Boilers and other Balance of plant equipments.
** Prepared various project documents PEP (Project Execution Plan), RFP (Request for Proposal) for the DEC work, and TBE (Technical Bid Evaluation) reports of vendors.
** Worked on SAP for the creation of MR (Material Requisition) of the major equipments of cogeneration power plant & Service entry for the material required in projects.
** Involved in preparation of Level-1 schedule for the J3 projects & Syngas modifications to be carried out on the existing GTs, HRSGs & Aux Boilers of the SEZ & DTA.

C. Jamnagar Export Refinery Project :(JERP)/RPL (25th Aug 2008 – Dec 2009)
** Erection of various Equipments like Heat Exchanger, Vessel, and Column.
** Knowledge of GA Drawing and Data Sheet of Equipments.
** Knowledge of P&ID.
** Supporting & Alignment of spools.
** Alignment of high rating Flanges.
** Handle Complete Flare System in ISBL of CFP (Clean Fuel Plant) of refinery. Starting from its Material Management to its erection & commissioning.
