TITLE : Hands on experience of 6 years as an Asst Engineer in INSTRUMENTATION for 1X24MW and 1X21.56MW Co-Gen Thermal power Plant. PRESENT WORKING : Working with DESEIN PVT LTD New Delhi, a leading Engineering Consultant in power plant as Asst Engineer INSTRUMENTATION for 1X24MW and 1X21.56MW Co-Gen Thermal power Plant at G.B.L Sameerwadi.Karnataka from May 2006 to till date DESEIN PVT LTD dealing in power projects specially in O&M and EPC having projects all over India and also in abroad.
PLANT DESCRIPTION :
1. DM plant totally automated with GE Fanuc PLC.
2. Ash handling plant automated with Allen Bradley PLC.
3. Air Compressor units controlled by Messung micro PLC, with user friendly MMI.
4. Boiler 130 TPH of Mitsui Babcock India pvt ltd. totally automated with CENTUM VP DCS of YOKOGAWA.
5. Boiler 120 TPH of IJT India pvt ltd. totally automated with CENTUM VP DCS of YOKOGAWA.
6. 24 MW TG of BHEL make Double extraction cum condensing and Bentley Nevada makes Vibration Monitors, Temp scanner and totally automated with CENTUM VP DCS of YOKOGAWA.
7. 21.56 MW Turbine of SNM make double extraction and Generator of TDPS make. Shinkawa make Vibration Monitors and totally automated with CENTUM VP DCS of YOKOGAWA

9. Pneumatic, Motorized controls valves, power cylinders. Servicing and Maintenance.
10. Vibration sensors (BENTLEY NEVADA and SHINKAWA).

12. Air compressors and Drier units. (Chicago Pneumatics).
PROFESSIONAL ACHIVEMENTS :
** Successfully commissioned 1X21.56MW co-gen power plant project.
** Successfully commissioned wood word governor for1X24.00MW co-gen power plant.
** Preparation of cable schedules and field instrument diagrams.
