For Real estate Division  :
Taking care of all Operations as narrated below for promoting overall business growth of the Organization.
** Looking out possibilities for scope of new projects as per direction of Top Management.
** Coordinating teams for necessary survey for Real Estate in various places & necessary documentation.
** If projects get a green signal, go for close Coordination of Project Division for project planning and its step-wise execution as well as with Marketing Division for necessary advertisement & public awareness.
** Also arrange for necessary liasioning works for obtaining necessary approvals from the Authority.
** Coordinating Project Division with Sales Division too in order to ensure phase-wise booking.
** Interaction with Corporate Sectors in order to find out possibilities for opening their offices in Dhanbad at our properties. Was a part of our team that successfully been able to bring corporate Companies in Mobile, Financial, Core Sector Products/ Banks etc. on long term leases to company’s various developed properties and could also sold out some developed properties to some good groups having diversified business interests in & around Jharkhand.

For Cement Division  :
A sister concern of this Group Is also a C&F Agent of ACC Cement Company covering entire span of Dhanbad/ Bokaro/ Giridih / Dumka etc.
** Regular monitoring of Sales & Marketing Activities & interactive Coordination with Sales/Market of Officials of our Firm as well as with Company’s Sales, Customer Support & MIS personnel.
** Analyzing marketing trends and tracking competitors’ activities and Liasioning with Govt Deptt for Non-Trade Sector sales etc..
** Personal meet with Dealers, Engineers and Architect in general in various occasions regularly to understand their problems and put in efforts to sort out.
** Identifying prospective clients or Customer, generating business from the existing clientele, thereby achieving business targets.

Note  : 1 For a brief period use to monitor the Sales & Distribution of TMT TISCON Rebars, GC Sheets etc., as one more Firm of this Orgz., was Sole Distributor of Tata Tiscon Rebars in Dhanbad, Bokaro, Giridih belt of Jharkhand.

Note  : 2 I was also involved with a team of this Orgz., that was involved in Land Procurement for setting up a 1MT integrated Steel Plant in Bokaro Dist. as well as a captive Power Plant. I Was involved in necessary related Liaisoning work also.

B. Geo Infosystems Limited., N. Delhi [ July 1999 – 2006 ] :
As a Sr. Manager–Projects Coordination & Business Development

For GIS Division  :
** Regular & close Interaction with various Govt Deptt (Govt. of NCT of Delhi & Central Govt. as well a various State Govt.s like Haryana, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Orissa etc.) & NGOs (Indian Geological Society, N.


Delhi etc.) as well as big Corporates like Rolta Corp., NIIT-GIS L  :td., Kampsax, Birla Soft, TCS, Ranbaxy etc. for various GIS based projects.
** Lead the sales/Marketing Team to obtain Projects from Kampsax Inc.[Automization of Revenue Map of Sitapur District,UP], Rolta Corp.[Digitization & Data incorporation for Himalayan Belts of Uttaranchal], NIIT-GIS Ltd. [Digital Revenue Map Project of Pune District], Digital Revenue System for Sangli Municipality, Maharashtra;
** Origin of Ancient Saraswati River Bed Project under Dr. S.P. Gupta of Indian Geological Society etc. Also did pilot projects for Municipal Administration of BMC (Brihan Mumbai Municipal Corporation) and Industrial Town Planning Project of MIDC (Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation).
** Also got a pilot project to develop Rural Marketing System of the medicine company the Ranbaxy Group for a part of Rajasthan State.
** Managing all the function & controlling the day to day Customer Service back-up activities of our installed & implemented projects.
** General office administration

For Civil Engg./Architectural Division  :
** Looking out for Direct & off-loaded architectural projects from various Govt. Orgz and big Groups in Real Estate Area.
** RITES (A Govt. of India Orgz) offloaded some designs of expansion project of Bangalore Railway station & Kurdwari Rail Station of Maharshtra and NHAI also offered some designs of Expansion of Highway Development of NH-8.
** Obtained design of some 35 bridges (for 30mt and above) in Garhwa District and 17 bridges of Bokaro district under “Mukhya Mantri Gram-Setu Yojna” scheme of Govt. of Jharkhand.
** Technically qualified for GIS based “Gram Bhagirathi Yojna” of Govt. of Jharkhand but could not make it to financial bid. Same thing happened to our Industrial Township Project of Barhi (near Hazaribagh) and it went to ORG.
** My liasioning also resulted in getting empanelled in the consultants list of Building Deptt. of Govt. of Jharkhand And we have been also awarded the ‘Architectural Design Project of Museum’ of Govt. of Jharkhand. Etc.

C. Phoenix Industries Limited., (N. Delhi / Noida ) Jan 1994 – July 1999 :
As Executive** MIS & Systems.
MIS & General Operations Side :
** Coordination of Marketing Team with Domestic Despatch Deptt. [PVC/PU/Leather Garments/ Shoes with PVC & PU Soles/ Ladies Branded Foot-wears “Madame Phoenix”]
** Development of Marketing Information System & regular updating.
** Co-coordinating MD Office with various Marketing Divisions [PU/PVC Granules; Foot-wears/ Garments/ Reebok Shoes (used to get manufactured in C-039, Noida Factory of Phoenix Group); Chemicals etc. ]
** All India Marketing Co-ordination for a brief period for Sport shoes & Madame Phoenix .
** Used to visit various dealers & retailers to understand their problems.
** Later, coordinated Production Deptt (factories were in Noida) with Despatch (Noida) & Sales Division (N. Delhi) for quite a long time (in order to streamline the processes).
** Receiving & Accompanying international delegates/buyers to our various factories & offices.

For Systems Side :
** In-charge of General Administration of Systems Deptt.
** Monitoring regular maintenance & updating of softwares/ packages.
** Interaction with various functional Deptt to understand their processes and integrate them for smooth flow of system and necessary MIS development.
