PROJECT BRIEF :
Setting up the network for RELIANCE 3G N/W in Kolkata, Vendor ZTE .
FOA testing (Test all the feature of WCDMA network).
Scanner drive to find out the Pilot Pollution in the network.
Analyzing of drive test logs using TEMS investigation 10.0.5.
Analyzing Cluster drive logs to find the coverage hole in network & find out the reason of poor RSCP, Ec/No ,RSSI & Tx power optimization
Responsible for reducing congestion and drops, improving the IRAT Handover, Soft Handover, Location Update, Paging, CSSR, RRC Connection & RAB Establishment Success rate in the 3G RAN network for all Voice, Video Packet & High Speed.
Performing the Call, SMS, Ping ,HSDPA & HSUPA testing in stationary mode
Performing physical optimization like orientation and Height changes, antenna swaps etc.
Responsible for optimizing, analyzing, and improving performance of WCDMA Network.

Setting up the network for IDEA GSM N/W in Kolkata, Vendor HUAWEI .
Benchmarking drive test for VODAFONE to compare the network with other operators.
Proposing physical optimization like orientation and Height changes, antenna swaps etc.
Coordinating with BSS Engineer for any hardware alarms and hardware issues.
Collection of drive test logs using TEMS investigation.
Performing GPRS and data drive tests.
Analyzing and report generation of drive test files using TEMS Investigation, MapInfo.
Perform Radio Network Surveys, i.e.
visit possible base station sites in order to judge if they are suitable from a radio network point of view (Hardware & Location)
Knowledge of wireless networks frequency planning techniques.
Did BCCH (Frequency), BSIC, Neighbor planning for the network using Naster planning tool and MIPT.
