** Working as a Technical DEO in the project named “Building electronic knowledge based Effective work Place “of CSIR.
** Resolve all the pending and backlog issues regarding implementation of ERP Package.
** Co-ordinates with other Departments for their issues and solving it organize meetings and update the department-wise status of the pending issues with a tap on the target dates.
** Have a daily visit of at least 1 hour to one department on rotational basis to understand the extent of implementation and the use of ERP and resolves any doubt or query. Submit a weekly report on such interactive department visits.
** Attend and resolve all the teething issues at the user level and Provide user level training for every new staff/existing staff.
