Presently, working with Kingfisher Airlines in Guest Service since Oct 2007 –
Worked in Reservation desk, dealing with guest queries, booking, cancellation & re-booking for domestic & international check-in of guests in check-in counters, both international & domestic & verifying legal documents like : passport, visa etc. Worked in arrivals’, dealt with PIR & guest complaints on arrival. Also worked in dispatch, dealing with flight ETA & maintaining communication with the ramp team for the flight statues & maintaining daily reports&daily allocation roster.
Worked in Baggage Makeup Area were shorting of Baggage’s according to sectors,with team of 1 team leader & 06 loaders. Right now working with ramp team on ramp monitoring departure & arrival flights its loading & offloading of cargo & passengers, following the SOP set by DGCA & holder of LCC ( loading competence course) a recognized course by DGCA.
Worked with " The Park " Group of Hotels, Visakhapatnam for 1 year as a F&B (food & beverage) Assistant
22 weeks in Industrial Training Exposure at “Ramada Caravel a Beach Resort, Goa”
