Presently, working with Kingfisher Airlines in Guest Service since Oct 2007 –
Worked in Reservation desk, dealing with guest queries, booking, cancellation & re-booking for domestic & international check-in of guests in check-in counters, both international & domestic & verifying legal documents like  : passport, visa etc. Worked in arrivals’, dealt with PIR & guest complaints on arrival.
