Monitoring Export and Import consignments to ensure timely deliveries by coordinating with C&F Agents, External agencies with effective transport solutions.
Experience in procurement following systems like Indents/Flotaing enquiries/Obtaining quotations/Scrutinizing quotations/Making comparative statements/Selection of Suppliers/ Negotiations /PO release/ timely delivery/ lead period for supply/ stock in hand,/ production planning schedule/Developing suppliers/Materials receipts and checks/Bills passing/Payment relase.
Experience in all kinds transport solutions domestic and international by dealing with C&F Agents, Freight Forwarders, shipping companies and Government departments by utilizing available resources and ensuring timely dispatch of orders..
Experience in containers and breack bulk shipments with effective packing solutions following ISPM standards.
