Academic Qualification :

Clinical Laboratory Assistant Course from one of the largest and most modern hospital of the Indian Armed Forces, Mumbai and secured exposure to a wide range of basic and advanced treatment modalities.
Experience in various sections including automated knowledge of biochemistry analyzer, hematology cell counter, blood gas analyzer, ELISA System, automated blood culture system and automatic tissue process.
Experience of universal bio-hazard precaution and laboratory waste management.
Supervision and controlling blood bank in naval hospital.
Basic Medical assistant Course from Institute of Naval Medicine, Mumbai.
Professional Training in High Security management and control.
Professional Training in fire fighting on board ship and Naval Station on board ship and Naval Station.
In house management during emergency and disaster with greater co-ordination among men and material.
Trained in functioning independently in isolated medical post on board ship and naval hospital/establishments focused on effectively controlling medical condition until the arrival of a doctor.
Experience of handling medical records of patients and corresponding within the hospital and with other organization.

Work Experience :
Joined Indian Navy on 03 Aug 1994 as a Medical Assistant Recruit and retiring as Leading Medical Assistant on 31 Aug 2009.
During my tenure of 15Years of Naval service I was entrusted with various duties in particular as Lab Assistant and Hospital Security and the tasks carried out by me as follows :-
(i) Independently responsible for planning the work schedule in order to achieve hassle free, peaceful environment
(ii) Capable of Managing Medical Office administration, efficiently and independently
(iii) General supervision of medical staff in Naval hospital , maintenance of discipline in the office and allocation of duties among the staff
(iv) Receiving, marking, circulation of all inward correspondence and signals
(v) expedite/remainder security action is taken where necessary
(vi) Speedy disposal of correspondence and preparation of pending action list
(vii) Submission of periodical reports and returns on due dates
