Present Job Responsibilities Includes :
Site preparations, mobilization of contractors for carrying out installation activities.
Ensure effective site management and discipline to ensure safe execution of the projects.
Erection, implementation and commissioning of applications and provisioning of services.
Maintaining BSCs and BTS sites associated and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
To monitor, control & coordinate with team for site Engineering to meet customer requirements.
O&M Responsibilities Includes :
Monitoring and escalation of GSM and transmission network faults using automated instantaneous and periodic SMS notifications.
Analyzing different KPI reports and suggesting required parameter changes.
Unintentional site outage and the identification of most likely causes including power supply, intermittent BTS radio failure, humidity, and sending trouble ticket to concerned department.
Alarm DB upload and synchronize alarms in Network Elements and in Net Act for reflecting actual alarm status in the n/w.
Preventive maintenance on various alarm pipes, buffers and processes in NetAct.
<>·· Planning effect preventive maintenance schedules of Telecom equipments for increasing the equipment reliability.
