Roles & Responsibilities Involved :
Payroll :
** Responsibility of monthly payroll processing, including verification of input and output.
** Prepare attendance input sheet after collecting attendance from respective HR coordinator from different Quarries and Factory Units.
** Co-ordinate with various department to obtain timely new joinee, resign, status changes information every month.
** Check salary register with attendance input and HR Input sheet verify transfer Bank Account, salary advance, OT and additional Payable and Deduction.
** Ensure statutory compliance by generating & payment of challans of PF, ESI & PT.
Statutory Compliance :
** Responsible for Online ESI compliance like Registration of new entrants, preparation of monthly wage summary, online submission of monthly contribution and generation of Monthly challans.
** Responsible for Online EPFO process i.e.
adopting the new EPFO online system, generation of challans and follow up for in time payments for entire Unit.
** Maintaining all statutory records like PF, ESI, Professional Tax, LIC, Medi-claim etc.,
** Handling Bonus, Gratuity related compliancesof the Employees.
Recruitment :
** Sourcing profiles through JOB PORTALS, SOCIAL NETWORK SITES, and EMPLOYEE REFERRARALS as per the requirement.
** Generating appointment letters for selected candidates.
** Coordinating with selected candidates and collecting required Documents like Educational certificates, Current Company offer letter and recent pay slips for verification.
Induction :
** Responsible for joining formalities of all the new joiners and giving them a brief explanation about the organization and Group.
** Making the new employee aware about the policies and procedures of the company.
Employee Engagement :
** Conducting employee birthday celebrations.
** Conducting Health camps for all the employees.
HRIS :
** Maintaining the employees’ personal files (Both in Soft & Hard Copies).
** Preparing monthly MIS reports.
Exit Formalities :
** Generating Relieving letter, Experience or Service Letters.
** Manage the Full & Final Settlement with the help of Finance division and sending circular to Other Departments at the time of relieving of an employee.
