Working with ACB (INDIA) LIMITED. As a Purchase & Store Executive, from 20 November,2015 to till date (under the pay roll of “TRNEnergy Private Limited, a subsidiary of ACB (India) Power Limited”). This is the (2 x 300 MW coal-based thermal power plant.)

PROJET  :
2 x 300 MW coal-based thermal power plant at Nawapara Village in the Raigarh district, Chhattisgarh.

JOB PROFILE  :
** BTG, BOP, CIVIL, ELECTRICAL & C&I Materials receipt, issue verification & preparation of various reports.
** Receipt Goods (Material) from difference, and check material quality, material quantity, as per challan/invoice
** Receipt of material and identification of storage Location for spare Materials, Imported Material, Electrical Materials Etc
** Inspection of material with concern department user and client
** Follow-up with the user department for the inspection of material & Transfer Posting of Materials.
** Responsible for issue Control, Physical Inventory, Material Stacking, Tagging etc. Goods issue to user department according to Reservation or Manual SIV.
** Periodically verification of physical stock.
** Prepare the material gate pass and issue slip. There including material description, Quantity, issues through.
** Communication with different goods transporter for supply the booked materials
** Maintaining material records of master data.
** Ensure safety measures are taken for materials stored

JOB PROFILE  :
Good Receiving  :
To receive Goods from the Parties, and ensure the materials given by Parties, checking materials , material quality , material quantity , and etc. is accordingly or not as per our purchase orders. To enter materials detail in GRN Registers

Store Keeping (Material)  :
Received material according to our Indents/purchase orders from the different parties, Responsible for Issue Control, Physical Inventory, and Material Stacking. Tagging. Etc. Daily updating incoming material file, stock register. And updating daily indent file also.

Material Issue  :
Received material time to time dispatched for the different project sites. According his indents or recruitments. And follow up all the running work orders, Prepare the material gate pass and issue slip, there including material description, Quantity, issued through (name of person & vehicle number is possible), issued to site (name of the working site). Preparation of summary in files and compiling of data and follow up dispatch of material with in delivery period.

Logistics Management  :
Arrangement of transportation for dispatch of material from Central Store to work site through Company vehicle, in case of non availability of Company Vehicle arrangement/placement of private, of private Vehicle, settlement of Transporter, settlement of freight charge, to ensure safety & security, loading/ unloading of the material, preparing proper documents, to ensure timely delivery to site, acknowledgement of material indicating condition of material,

Invoice Processing  :
After dispatch material, Parties release Invoice/Bill for the payments.


Checking Invoice accordingly or not as per our purchase orders, Like-material description, quantity, quality, Price/Rate, Discount, Excise, VAT/CST, weighbridge slip, test Certificate or test report, transportation charges etc. Responsible for processing Invoice/bill, enter the site register and forwarding to Account section.
