LTE  :
** Leading the team of field engineers to perform the drive test and trouble-shoot customer complaints & providing solution in an effective manner...
** Performing SSV and Cluster DT log files Optimization of LTE sites using TEMS Investigation and rectify the problems after analyzing LTE DT Log files of problematic areas.
** KPI Analysis like Overall LTE-FDD&TDD coverage Quality based on Reference signal Received Power and Received signal strength indicator, sinr, and RRC connection fail ,Call Setup, call drop ,Intra,Inter HO fail,TAC,PCI Collision.CQI, Rank indicator.
** Analysis RF Condition by TEMS like RSRP, HO, PCI Swap, CSFB call, Latency Test, RRC Set Up & drop rate, SINR in LTE.
** Physical Parameters Verification of new sites as per the planning data.
** Perform coverage optimization by altering antenna down-tilts(Electrical + Mechanical) or azimuths to ensure better coverage around sites.
** Preparing the cluster acceptance reports with the help of Actix & TEMS Discovery.
** Responsible for doing new site drive, physical optimization..
** Proposed physical optimization of the network in accordance with factors like coverage, Azimuth overlapping & traffic distribution etc.
