JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-
** Monitoring and Initiate all Manufacturing activities by inventory Packaging
** To coordinate with QA department to Maintain proper Batch Manufacturing Records of all products.
** To Maintain Master Document for all products.
** To Monitor documentation related to GMP with regard to cleaning and SOP’s of all Machinery’s in the Manufacturing section.
** Training to Workmen with regard to safety, GMP and Manufacturing Procedures.
** To ensure strict adherence to quality procedures and SOP’s
** To Effectively Manage the House keeping activities of all Manufacturing areas.
** To coordinate with QA department to revise and update as necessary the product Manufacturing Work Instructions and Batch Manufacturing Record formats.
** To take care of preventive Maintenance of all Production Machinery and trouble Shooting during the production.
** To prepare and submit 30 days report.
** To coordinate with purchase department for proper inventory Packaging control of RM&PM
** Submit Daily Production Report and current Status to the concern
