Work Experience :
** From 01-12-2003 to till date I am working in RAK Ceramics, Ras al Kamiah, and UAE. It is a continuous process industry, ISO certified multinational company.
** In RAK Ceramics I joined as engineer, inrak -2 worked 1 year after that management send to IRAN as a Project technician. In IRAN I successfully completed the erection & commissioning works in PLC & MICRO PROCESSER BASED MACHINERIES of AUTOMISER 65, PH4600, kiln-FMP255, horizontal drier ECP-233, sorting machine SACMI MASTER, and Glaze line equipment’s
** After this project the management has sent me to INDIA project. In INDIA
** Andhra Pradesh I worked as an electrical project Engineer for the erection of above said SACMI Italy machineries.ofter this project management called RAK -1 factory as an electrical in charge in RAK CERAMICS, UAE.
Technical proficiencies :
** Coordination with Consultant for the planning of Electrical Systems, Utilities and machineries.
** Coordination with Consultant for the tendering and finalization of the contracts for Electrical System.
** Supervise and manage vendor engineering and equipment’s deliverable to ensure compliance with project standards and specifications.
** Reviewing and reporting of the project status.
** Execution of the project engineering involving Installation, commissioning & testing of electrical equipment’s.
** HT switchgearsconsist of VCB breakers, HT/LT Motors with HT cable, 11kv/440, Power/Distribution Transformers.

** DailyPower monitoring, calculations and reporting at monthly basis.
** Material procurement through SAP pm module and maintaining minimum spares for attending breakdown and reducing breakdown time.
** Awareness on Hazardous area classifications and selection of electrical equipment.
** Coordination with various departments for smooth functioning of the equipment by feedback and suggestions from them.
** ISO documentation, Quality Circle formation for detecting problems and solving from shop floor employees.
** Conducting Safety audits within the department and ensuring the compliance from all the employees and updating the checklists and audit reports.
** Knowledge in maintenance & trouble shooting of the following equipment’s.
Ceramic industrial machineries :
** I familiar with the functions of theSpray driers; Roller hearth kiln. Sorting & Packing Machines
** I have the knowledge of maintenance troubleshooting of 1000 & 500KVA Caterpillar generators.
