Project : Gas field
Responsibilites :
Mapping of the new H2s detectors, installation and the Commissioning in Remote Wellheads. ( Apex,PolytronTx, Polytron 7000 Series).All remote wellheads implement 200N Logic for Gas detection.
Successfully Completed the Offshore H2S Detector Job and Temperature transmitter installation on the Platforms and well head WH2-WH11. Also Installed the New Moisture Analyzer in all the Platforms.
Successfully completed 32”and 16”SDV Valve replacement in RG Offshore S/D May 2012.
Installation ,testing and commissioning of ESD and control Valves.
Responsible for the all Construction, Precommissioning and commissioning activity.
Coordinate control and monitor all E& I Activity at project site.
Applies Ras gas onshore and offshore material specification and project specification. Also wide experience on RG Specification and installation procedure.

Toinvolve in the Precomissioning and the Commissioning Activities. Also involve in the Start up the new system.
Modification and the Up gradation of the Existing System. Involve in the Preloop checking and the Loop checking Activities for the new New plants. Clear the Punch lists.
Involve in Precomissioning and the Loop Checking for the PE , Utility Plant.
Performing an array of project related tasks including contract administration, resource allocation, subcontractor quotation analysis, manpower planning and verification/approval of subcontractor invoices to ensure smooth execution of the project.

To involve in preparation of typical design drawings include Loop diagrams, Process/Pneumatic Hook-ups, Termination diagrams, bills of materials & Interconnection diagrams & bills of materials.
Review and updated P & ID Development, Loop diagram, Man-hour Estimation.
To prepare engineering method statement, Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) and the Close out Dossier documents as assigned.
Installation of the 16 Sour water Pump.in different Location.
To install & Commissioning the new equipments such as control panels, ESD panels, chemical injection skid, pressure transmitters, temperature transmitters, gauges, high pressure tubing, power & signal cabling, PLC troubleshooting, temperature recorders, control valves, hydraulic actuators, level gauges, level transmitters, gas detectors, fire detectors, hydraulic pumps, flow meters, Flushing, pressure testing, calibration, loop checking, cable, tubing & tray fabrication & installation Etc.
