** Preparation of ESI & E.P.F online Challans , UAN Generation of new employees as well as mapping with current establishment ,KYC Seeding ,declaration for previous employment ,Online transfer of claim, withdrawal etc.
** Preparation of Costing report department wise on monthly basis as per requirement of Management.
** Coordinating and liaisoning with various government departments.
** Assist to senior for all the inspections under Labor law.
** Responsible for answering employee’s queries.
** Communication to the employees via orientation for the any change in system and govt.

** Independent handling Internal Audits related to Labor laws.
** Preparation of MIS and compliance checklists as per requirement of Management.
** Conducting annual performance appraisal with HOD.
** Arrangement of House Keeping & Security matters.
** To maintain all documents for statutory compliance of Factory, ESI Act 1948, EPF Act 1952, Payment of Bonus Act 1965, Payment of Gratuity 1972, The Minimum Wages Act 1948, LWF 1965 etc.
