Identifying new markets/dealers and trade opportunities to immediate superior to explore the possibilities of expanding the distribution Network.
Contact at least 5 existing Dealers in the assigned territory everyday to register Sales orders and collect payments on a regular basis to achieve daily / weekly Sales and Collection Targets.
Report trade partners grievances / complaints to HO for timely help and solutions

Commercials :
Adherence to the Credit Control Policies and maintaining Dealers outstanding levels within control & approved limits
Acquiring Balance confirmation/ Reconciliation statement from all Dealers every month & No claim certificate on quarterly basis.
Maintaining effective rapport with the Accounts Team for ensuring that the Dealer Accounts are updated and dealers are supplied necessary accounting statements well in time to avoid confusions
Keep close track and control on Sales return and Check return ratio dealer-wise , product wise , territory wise to maintain commercial discipline
Dealers service performance feedback in total interest.

System Compliance and MIS :
Ensuring 100% my SAP Compliance and keeping the Portal updated on a daily basis for ex.

Daily sales report , journey cycle plan etc
Prepare and Submit all prescribed reports (Daily Sales Report, Journey cycle compliance status, Dealers Outstanding Tracking report, Dealer-wise Model-wise Off Take report, Dealer-wise, area-wise Target v/s performance, Market Intelligence report, Old recovery settlement status to the HO
Preparing weekly tour plan to meet business requirements and submit tour visit report to the immediate superior within 3 days of tour completion.
Preparing Market Intelligence Report information pertaining to Competitors Network Schemes, Promotional activities, Pricing, New Product launches, product performance feedback and submit the report to HO.
