M/s. JMC Projects(I) LTD for 2.5km length Elevated Flyover Project being constructed at Panvel, Navi MumbaiProject Panvel as Assistant Engineer Plant & Machinery since 03rd February 2012 to 5th June2013.
Nature of Responsibilities :
As a Assistant Engineer(Mechanical) I have been assigned to look after the repairs and maintenance of Plant & machinery.
Allotment of work to technicians (mechanics), guiding them in attending the repairs.
Monitoring the progress of the allotted work, arranging the required spares needed to attend the repairs.
Follow up of maintenance schedules and attending corrective & preventive repairs on Plant & Machinery.
Preparing & implementing necessary Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance Schedules
Monitoring the diesel consumption and if found abnormality informing it to higher authorities.
Co-ordination with all relevant functions / departments for the successful implementation of duties.
Trouble Shooting of Heavy Earth Moving Equipments Related With Road Construction.
Up keep of Daily Maintenance record, vehicle history Record, Breakdown repairs record
Vehicle Performance Report, Preparation of Hire Machinery Bills.
Follow up and up date of Vehicle statutory documents.
Physical verification Report for vehicles.
Previous experience :-
M/s.Nagarjuna construction company Ltd for NH-28 Road project in Basti Uttar Pradesh as Junior Engineer Plant & Machinery, Since 2nd September 2007 to 28th January 2012.
From 23rd February 2003 to 25th August 2007 worked as Junior Engineer (Quality department) at Ramakrishna Forging PVT LTD , Jamshedpur(Gamaharia)
