JOB RESPONSIBILITY
JOINING PROCESS & MAINTENANCE OF EMPLOYEE MASTER DATA BASE  :
** Collections of all the documents / certificates such as relieving letter and pay slip from the last employer / educational certificates/experience certificates from all employers letter/age proof/address proof and photographs etc.
** Maintenance and updating of personal files.
** Regular updating and maintenance of employee master database/files.
** Master data records soft copy and personal files. Storage of master files.
** Ensure collection of forms from the new recruit in regards to employee database /insurance /opening of corporate salary bank account, photographs etc

TIME OFFICE AND LEAVE MANAGEMENT  :-
** Establish procedure to monitor working extra time on working days/ weekly offs/ paid holidays etc.
** Procedure to track down reasons of leaving premises while on duty such as official duty/ personal reason/ leave etc.

PAYROLL MANAGEMENT  :
** Preparation of Pay roll for all employees (Maintain the Payroll 500 to 1000 employees (5 Branch) )
** Payroll Soft ware  : - Stage ,Pace solution,relyon –saral pack ,Target
** Responsibility of monthly end to end payroll processing, including verification of input and output.-
** Validate input with master file input validation and processing .
** Co-ordinate with various department to obtain timely new joinee, resignee, status changes information every month, check for discrepancies & ensure timely correct disbursement of salary to each of the outsourced employee.
** Preparing payment report Bank Upload (Salary upload format)
** Prepare reconciliation salary Pay head wise Gross salary and net salary part to previous month to current month salary register and Tax register
** Preparing reports for payment of statutory dues including TDS, Prof. Tax, Provident fund, ESIC etc.
** Prepare manually tax register as well as systematic for cross check of TDS calculation for current month.
** Ensuring Live payslips and Tax sheets to Client after finalize salary (employees).
** Solving Help Desk queries relating to Taxation
** Preparing reports required by the Client such as Department wise reports, Location wise PT report , variance report, comparative payroll summary
** Overall in-charge for payroll and compensation related activities, statutory compliance EPF,ESIC,PT
** PF Online –ECR Upload->Generate/Add UAN numbers for new joinees ->chellan->Payment->UAN Activation ->Digital Signature Upload-Form 13 Transfer>Pf Claim Form oriented any do the Online
** ESIC Online-ECR Upload ->Generate/Add ESIC numbers for new joinees ->Chellan->paid payment->Create Insurance no ->damage notice payment-> Six
** Month Ones Verify return and upload online->ESIC Oriented all forms filling
