1. Helping to employees for settle the various PF/ESIC Claims, Preparation of PF Inspection/Enquiry Docs.
2. Notification of Vacancies to Employment Exchange, Implementation of EPP Scheme, Attend the Rojgar Melavas.
3. Introducing the Welfare Schemes/benefits to employees.
4. Preparation & distribution of Bonus to employees, Maintain the Bonus Records.
5. Time to time visit the Factory to improve the employees’ Health & Safety.
6. Conducting the Medical Check up Camps, Provide various types of Health & Safety Training to employees.
7. Issuing the Warning/Show Cause/Suspension/Termination Letters to employees, Preparation of Documents for Departmental Enquiry, Counseling of employees.
8. Management of an efficient & vigilant Security Services in the Factory, Monitoring the Security Personnel & arrangement of Various types of Security Training

** Record Maintenance
** Maintaining current HR files and databases
** Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records
** Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
** Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained
** Performing payroll/benefit-related reconciliations.
** Performing payroll and benefits audits and recommending any correction action
** Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exist interviews.
