JOB DESCRIPTION :
This individual reports to the Executive Director and is responsible for providing administrative
Support to staff and assuming bookkeeping, reservation, and reception. These duties include but are not limited to : database system maintenance and training, office supply purchasing, typing, filing, reception and telephone duties.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR ACCOUNTING :
Receiving payments by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits. Follow SOP pertaining to cash handling.
Computing and recording transactions and ensuring 100% accuracy for all register transactions.
Banking of cheques and cash received.
Reconciliation of the credit card account.
Check expenses and receipts to ensure they're accurately recorded and the supporting documentation is adequate
Processing of supplier invoices and payments and processing of accounts payable transactions for the purpose of facilitating month-end financial reporting
Responsibility for petty cash including maintenance of petty cash records and completion of cash reconciliation at each month end.
