** Coordinate with Gurgaon based payroll software project team to prepare software from June 2018 to November 2018 and successfully implemented.

Labour Compliances/Statutory Provisions :
** Manage PF and ESI contribution Employer & employees, Preparing PF ECR detail and handle compliances under EPF & Misc Provision and Employee State Insurance.
** Prepare Return under Labour Welfare Fund Punjab and Haryana and submission through online govt. Portal.
** Prepare Gratuity, Bonus, and Appraisal detail yearly and forward to account department for provision and payments.

Compliances under various act like  : Payment of Gratuity Act-1972, Payment of Bonus Act-1965,Minimum Wages Act-1948,Payment of Wages1948, Employee Compensation Act 1923, Maternity benefit Act,1961, Industrial Dispute Act.1947, Factory Act-1948, Commercial Establishment Act 1958 and Employment Exchanges Act-1959 etc.

Maintain statutory records under various acts and participation in Audits  : - Internal and external audits.

Industrial Relations and Liaisoning with Govt Authorities :
** Ensuring prompt & timely resolution of employee grievances and maintaining cordial employee relations,
** Participating in amicably settling disputes and maintaining discipline.
** Harmonious working environment across all employee levels, participating in negotiations, collective bargaining and settlement of grievances in compliance with various labour acts.

Training and Develoment :
** Identifying training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for particular positions and analysis of the existing level of competencies. Through Multi Rater Feedback System, Annual Performance Appraisal etc.
** Preparation the Training Calendar according business requirement.
** Tracking and analyzing effectiveness of programs delivered and incorporating a mechanism that would measure performance on the job after training.

Grievances and Counselling :
** Timely remedial measures on various grievances of employees.
** Counselling of employees for Absenteeism, Misdemeanors, and Personal problems.

Performance Appraisal :
** Communication of appraisal forms to. Employee to complete their self assessment.
** Collect feedback form from Reporting Manager and Summaries and share with appraiser so that the same may be reviewed & finalized with the reviewers (Administrative & Functional).
** Consolidate data and send for final approval of management.
** Issue of increment letters to eligible employees.

** Coordinating manpower planning, recruitment, induction, exit interviews; ensuring cultural fit.
** Sourcing, screening resumes, conducting recruitment, scheduling; interviewing candidates, discussing offer letter; issuing offer letter, fixing the grades, making of salary fitment and handling joining formalities.
