Elevated as Area Manager in June 1999, and was posted at Thane and Raigarh headquarter with 6 MRs reporting me.
Elevated further as Senior Area Manager in 2001, at Mumbai headquarters Covering south Mumbai and major hospital and institutions.
I took responsibility of the team, merged two divisions and Splitted again.
The major highlight of my career at ALEMBIC was Promotion of my 5 M.R.s to AMs.

I got an opportunity of Launching a Company in Mumbai & So I Joined M/s.


OCHOA Laboratories Limited New Delhi as Regional Manager. This is a pharmaceutical company with 60 Cr.+ turnover & with Dermatological products & other concept selling products like ESSVIT (Biotin 5 Mg tab), IVERMECTOL (Ivermectin tabs for the 1st time in INDIA), DOBESIL (Calcium Dobesilate Caps), CARNIVITG 500 Mg (LCarnitine tab), AMYLOFIX (Product for Obesity as a calorie manager for the 1st time in India), NOBEFER (Sodium Feredetate Iron salt for the 1st time in India). The other molecules that we launched include Tacrolimus, Isotrotinine, Acetrine, Terbenafine etc.
As a second line manager with OCHOA labs I have stared right from appointing Consignee Sales Agent (CSA), Appointing all the stockiest, recruiting and developing a team of 21 MRs. I have developed entire setup & infrastructure of the company in the city of MUMBAI which is pharmaceutical capital of INDIA.
Achievements  :
In short span of 6 months of launching the company we have crossed the sale of 12 Lacs in Mumbai. Two of my MR got promotion as Area Manager and I also got promotion as Zonal Manager for entire Mumbai and part of Maharashtra (Nashik, Pune, Western Maharashtra, Marathwada & Goa) Same kind of infrastructure I have developed in this part of Maharashtra as that of Mumbai.

CURRENT ROLE  :
SunDyota Numandis Ltd. Ahmedabad (From Dec08 Till date) With SunDyota Numandis Ltd. I am working as Group Business Head (GBH) which is a post of zonal level and covering Mumbai, Maharashtra and Goa area with 54 MRs and 11 AMs with 4 RMs. Earlier with same company I have covered M.P, Chhatisgadh & Karnataka states also with 100 M.R.s, 17 Area Managers & 6 Regional Managers.
While with SunDyota Numandis I got opportunity to learn PROBIOTICS and launch products like LOROX, REFLORAZ Cap, REMUNE (1st Immunobiotic + Probiotic Pediatric immunity booster) etc Products.
ACHIEVEMENTS  : Given Highest Growth in Re wise sales among the 7 GBH in the country, Successful Launch of New Products. My entire team members of Pune2 Region have achieved Highest sales of REFLORA Range in the country & achieved incentive from CEO. One BM got elevated as BH & 3 BEs got elevated as BM.
