Identifying big fleet vendors & negotiate the best possible rates.
Based on load forecasting, planning of different size of vehicles on different routes.
Ensuring target capacity utilization (& hence CPK) for each run.
Ensure regular supply of market vehicles from time to time as required.
Developing tie up & maintaining an updated database of fleet owner
s and brokers.
Ensure that all fleet (owned or contractual) are well-maintained and branded as per company.
Ensure that all vehicles (owned/contractual/market) have fitness certificate and other statutory clearance.
Analyzes and establishes procedures, scheduling, priorities and workflow.
