Responsibility :
Operation & Maintenance Experience :
Working as a shift in charge and handling team for required preventive and breakdown of water treatment plant.
Dismantling, assembling and troubleshooting of machines (i.e. Pump, Valves, Gear Boxes, Cooling tower, Evaporative Coolers, Coarse Grain Separator, and Agitator etc).
Perform or arrange for repairs, such as complete overhauls, replacement of defective valves, gasket and bearings.
Have knowledge of pump & motor alignment.
Maintaining of effective preventive and predictive maintenance schedule of Pump house & WTP, STP Equipment.
Responsible for preparing documents regarding maintenance history of machine & using it as useful reference to resolve future maintenance issues.
Proper working of Pumps and Equipments and maintaining Pressure, Flow, tank level of Cooling towers through HMI system
Take and record readings of running equipment and daily operating conditions, perform standard data analysis and record all data in specified log sheets according to SOP.
Knowledge in the control and prevention of fouling, corrosion, scaling, biological control and pollution in water systems.
Regular view of critical spares for equipments and updating accordingly.
Training the work force for effective maintenance and proper utilization of equipments by standard operating procedures (SOP).
