India Glycols Ltd. is manufacturing and marketing a variety of In-Organic and Organic Chemicals i.e. Glycols, Ethoxylates, Glycol Ether, Surfactants, Formulated Products and Guar Gum Powder, Derivatives apart from Special Denatured Sprit, Rectified Sprit, Extra Neutral Alcohol, Country Liquor and I.M.F.L. Liquid Gases [Oxygen, Medical Oxygen, Nitrogen, Argon, Co2].
Effective Nov 2006 I am a part of the Commercial team of the company which is responsible for- :
** 100% Export Oriented Unit.
** Compliance to Dept. of Legal metrology rules & regulations.
** Supply chain & Logistics matter.
** Sales administration.
Though I am acquainted to the total gamut of commercial operations, yet I am currently entrusted with following responsibilities :-
MY CURRENT JOB PROFILE:
** Coordinate with HO logistics and marketing team pertaining to dispatch/prioritize consignment/marketing to fulfill lack/shortage of material in required vehicle.
** Coordinate with Transporters for vehicle placement.
** Generate e-invoice of sanitizer on HUL portal and work with Asian paints portal regarding dispatched qty.
** Physically checking of loaded vehicle about their seal and stepping and condition of loaded material.
EXPERIENCE:
** One year experience working with M/s Cooperative Sugar Mill Bazpur.
** Two year experience of data entry and trouble shootingin India Glycols Ltd (RAB PLANT).
** Three year experience of weigh bridge operation and row material (Molasses and SDS) unloading supervision in India Glycols Ltd.
