Shut down planning and completed the plan work within the specified time period.
Stand by Auxiliary equipment checking and made it ready to avoid the major breakdown.
Responsible for smooth functioning & perfect working of all Electrical & Electronics Instruments through out the line.
Analyze the Break down Time and implement the system according the results.

Preparing Material Schedule & Planning Manpower & Machine for timely execution of job

Preparing of project schedules/plans and technical specifications towards the successful execution of electrical projects.
Inspecting field sites to observe, evaluate condition, operability of facilities and structures, and collecting field survey data and measurements.
Maintenance Operations :
Working Areas : 4HI Cold Rolling Mill, 2Hi Skin pass Mill, Hydrogen based Annealing, Cold rolled steel.
Slitting, Hydrogen based bell type annealing furnace, Cold roll slitter line, cut to length line, Rewinding line, N2H2 gas plant, pump house & EOT over head crane.
Planning and effecting predictive & preventive maintenance schedules for various machineries and equipments to increase machine up time & equipment reliability.
Implementing maintenance schedules and carrying out periodic checks to ensure performance of various equipments and maintaining requisite documents for the same.
Identifying areas of obstruction/breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipments through application of trouble shooting tools.
Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques/measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M expenditures and work within the budget.
Man Management :
Monitoring the performance of shift members and assisting them to ensure efficiency and meeting group targets.
Working on planning of the workforce, rendering technical guidance to the staff, shift management activities, appraising the member’s performance & providing feedback.
