I was responsible for handling the manpower allocation ,work allocation and upgrading the current status to the management.
I am the Site Supervisor for all the projects and my work included : Production Planning, Execution, Supervising Troubleshooting and testing of whole project. I have completed the work to the complete satisfaction of the party
As a Supervisor responsible for meeting production goals for quality. Productivity and also planning production requirement by working with sales.
